Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force Updates
This section is updated after each Master Facilities Community Task Force meeting.
On October 13, 2022, the Master Facilities Community Task Force reviewed the Master Facilities Plan Overview that was also previously presented to the board on July 12, 2022.
On November 17, 2022, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force reviewed Option A.1.
On December 8, 2022, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force reviewed Option A.2.
On January 5, 2023, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force reviewed Option B.
The Community Task Force created a pros & cons list for each option:
On January 10, 2023, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force presented their feedback on all 3 options to the School Board: MFPCTF Presentation to the School Board

On February 2, 2023, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force agreed on guiding priorities and reviewed 3 new options that were created based on their priorities: Options C.1, C.2 and C.3.
On February 16, 2023 and March 9, 2023, the Master Facilities Plan Community Task Force focused on their core beliefs and priorities to narrow down the options to a final facilities option. A timeline for construction and grade transitions for 6-7-8 were also discussed: Final Facilities Option
On March 14, 2023, the Community Task Force presented their Final Facilities Proposal. Please view the PowerPoint presentation from that committee meeting.

If you would like to provide some anonymous feedback about this proposed plan, please click here. This link will remain open until April 4, at which time we will gather the feedback and share it with the School Board. The Board will next consider this recommended plan in mid to late April and is expected to vote on the recommendations by May.
