Who should enter a ticket?
Each employee should enter a ticket for their own issue. Do not open a ticket for someone other than yourself.
What should I enter a ticket for?
Enter a ticket for any technology issue or question you may have.
When should I expect to have my issue resolved?
Your ticket should be addressed by the tech within 24 hours. The resolution of your ticket depends on what needs to be resolved.
How can I check to see the status of my ticket?
Staff may log back into our ticket system and click on the ticket name to see more details. You may also follow up with your building technician.
