FAQ:

  • Who should enter a ticket?

    • Each employee should enter a ticket for their own issue.  Do not open a ticket for someone other than yourself.

  • What should I enter a ticket for?

    • Enter a ticket for any technology issue or question you may have.

  • When should I expect to have my issue resolved?

    •   Your ticket should be addressed by the tech within 24 hours.  The resolution of your ticket depends on what needs to be resolved. 

  • How can I check to see the status of my ticket?

    • Staff may log back into our ticket system and click on the ticket name to see more details. You may also follow up with your building technician.

    • Students may send an E-mail to the itsupport@casdschools.org or submit a ticket here One to One Ticketing
