Officer Lawrence Besa joins the Coatesville Area School District Police Department with twenty years of law enforcement service while working for the Temple University Police Department in Philadelphia. While at Temple University, Officer Besa held several positions including patrol, K9, Special Events, and Officer Besa was a supervisor.
