Coatesville Area School District (the “District”) is inviting qualified childcare agencies to submit Proposals to provide five (5) before and after school childcare services on-site at each of its elementary schools. The Provider must operate programs at all locations.
Contract Term: The Contract shall commence on July 1, 2025, and run for a 36-month term, expiring June 30, 2028.
Submission of Proposal: All Proposals are due by 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 9, 2025. Proposals to be sent to:

Submissions shall have "Childcare Services Proposal" on the outside of the envelope and shall contain an original and one (1) copy of the Proposal. The District will not accept electronic copies or faxes of Proposals. The District will review and evaluate all Proposals for completeness and content and reserves the right to reject any and/or all Proposals and to waive, at its discretion, any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities. The District reserves the right to select the Provider who best meets its needs.
